The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Saturday night my father has a stroke. I've been crying so much since omg!! but at the same time remembering the law of attraction and the book i am reading Abraham.. So it's helping. My mom was so agitated that she too got admitted at the emergency (high blood pressure). So my dad on the 4th floor and my mom one the 1st. They are lucky that they had 4 kids. It's so messed up though the stroke and all. I cant stay and type too long. Just came home to cook food for my 3 siblings and change maybe and leave back. I trying to keep my energy up. I think that I can cry and still have or maintain good energy... and hope that soon all will be okay. But also accepting what's happening.

How are you doing? I am very sorry to hear about your Dad and your mom. always remember its okay to cry, let it out girl, scream if you have to.

Dear Lydia, I'm at a loss of words here. Please know that crying is considered to be a release of stress, and therefore a relief. And finding relief is all it takes to stop being upstream. So Lydia, please cry whenever you feel the need and let the tears clean your vibration. You're in my thoughts, love Emha

Hi there Lydia hey sorry to here about your parents it certainly a full on situation for you & your siblings I relate a few years ago I had my daughter dying in one hospital of Leukemia and my son in another hospital suffering from a serious mood disorder it was full on emotionally physically & spiritually. You are doing well honey try to remember to take care of YOU!!! and take time out when you can, crying is soooo healing and healthy its real allow yourself to grieve and feel as long as you don't stay there for too long after a spell you pick your self up and do whats infront of you remembering to give thanks of gratitude when you can my friend BBBBBig hugs & Blessings to you & your family Arohamai SoniaJ xoxoxox
