Some friends were going to be down the street last night so I agreed to finally get out and have some fun. However, when I got to the restaurant it turned out to be just two couples and they were finishing up diner at a tiny little table for four. I told them I would wait for them at the bar, because from there we had plans to go dancing. Ok. Here's where it gets good.
I sit down at the bar order a beer and within a few minutes I ran into a male acquaintance/friend. I say acquaintance because I have only known him from local bars or restaurants but I will say friend because he gave me a really nice sweatshirt one night and is a total sweetheart. He is also very classy and extremely handsome. His only defect appears to be that he is frequently drunk, which I think might have a lot to do with the local lifestyle of a professional golfer and golf instructor...
So, back to the story. My friends came to get me from the bar and were in a rush to get to the club where the other girls wanted to dance. He asked where we were going and I spontaneously asked him if he wanted to come along. He immediately said "Yes!". There was no more room in my friends car so we took his but since he had been drinking I drove. His truck was really nice. I didn't really know that there were such luxury trucks, powerful and fun to drive. It was fun to drive and especially fun to take u-turns in, which we did several times. It was a fun experience and I was actually really grateful even to not have been drinking and to be able to drive. My adorable friend was slurring his words and repeating things and reminding me of why I drink water most of the time but I still really enjoyed his company and really appreciated what a gentleman he was.
We ended up losing our friends and getting lost, so he suggested that we stop and have dinner at a beautiful restaurant and figure out the directions from there. We went to the beautiful restaurant and had the most delicious sushi I have ever had. It was one the best meals I had in months. The cute guy who appeared from nowhere held my hand, paid for everything and treated me like a princess.
Leaving the restaurant we decided to give one more shot at finding my friends. We saw some young people leaving a bar on the street and asked them how to get to the place. They said "we are going there now. you can follow us." So we did and got caught up with the friends and danced until closing.
Fun, fun, fun.
So the best part of this manifestation is what it does for my faith. Earlier that day I had a moment of sadness over my love life and wanted some "actual proof" that my love will be coming into my life. Now I am certain that that was a sign of the abundance of available men in the universe. Someone special will be coming my way soon.
