The journey begins with just one step. This has been said many times and in many ways, but it is true. If you do not start, how can you begin your journey? That first "step" is the hardest, but it is not impossible to do. The "step" is whatever it takes for you to start your journey. It may be changing your eating habits, removing yourself from negative environments, starting to walk for exercise, joining a support group, or starting a blog. Whatever it may be just take that first "step”. The only thing stopping you is you. People try to say they cannot start because of some outside influence. Ask yourself "why is this outside influence stopping me?” is it the influence or you? Be honest with yourself and do not allow outside influences to become excuses to not start on your journey. Just remember the journey begins with just one step and the journey is your reward.
