All this days my son has been sick. And apparently I got the same flu. Runny nose, headaches and so on.
No Gratitude Journal, no meditation, nothing all these days! Then, I did my meditation today. At the beginning, every single aches was annoying me. I couldn´t even breath through my nose! How to do meditation without breathing? I almost gave up. No, I did give up. Opened my eyes. Then, I do not know why. I just set my clock alarm again for 15 minutes later and started over, affirming that my nose was good. Gradually my nose was getting better, I could breath and ....whew!! I was meditating! no aches, no pains, no nothing. Only my good feelings, good emotions. Most of the time my thoughts was roaming wherever they wanted, but still no pains! I finished my meditation feeling that I was no longer ill.
The good sensation lasted for only 5 minutes. However, the feeling of good health was there!! How powerful is meditation!??
Writing this post, I'm feeling sick again, but I want to do meditation again to feel healthy!!! If possible, all day long!
