It's a beautiful day here and I just had the most uplifting walk. I did laps in my neighborhood. The first lap I repeated over and over "I love myself." The 2nd lap I reviewed everything that I'm grateful for. The 3rd lap was thinking about the beautiful new 4BR house that I'm planning on buying in the fall. The last lap was envisioning how my practice is going to grow to pay for this beautiful new home! The first 2 steps prepared me to really feel the excitement and happiness that I know I will feel when the last 2 steps come true. The whole walk lasted 35 minutes :). I recommend it for anyone who needs a boost, a cleanse, a refocusing, and some exercise!
