I would recommend Lilou's Releasing your fears on youtube and her 10 minute manifesting meditation. Thats how I found this site by simply looking up 10 minute meditation. That'll be the easiest way to find it. That's how I found her and the 100 day challenge. I've heard we should get up and say what we're greatful for. But I still wake up so last minute, I always forget to do it. I try to do it at night before my pm meditation (right before passing out) ;)
