ramblings with a friend when asked why I see things to be before ''they' are..

I for see that I am creating so that if my desire is to go to peru then all will be provided so long as I align with that energetically, its a lot more complicated wit people, sticky, lots of emotional resistance to contend with however I work towards being grateful and allowing, be my own hero and see how things take shape with an open mind but particular preference and positive desire // direction ..I am open to change of my heart, further awakening broader perspective but at present I am here now I don't want to win anyones love, if it builds magic, I choose to feel it as if it alreay is as much as I can, see all my asperations as they come together in more detail as what I am going to do all I have to do is match up to it and experience it, its the matching up I am working on... I am most excited to be my own hero.. I want to sit under the learning tree of a great philosopher or 2 learn more about healing trauma based emotions so I can fully elevate myself of past woes and move forward knowing I can take on anything as well as help empower others to help themselves.. as wel has hobbies and passions music sharing, creating, drawing, wrestling, writting.. all these excitement I see room for it all I see my biggest wealth in over coming my food phobia, I can and am over coming my most obvious issue in my life, out of over turned dark comes tremendous light and fortune, I can use this to better myself in every way and become an expert to help other stuck in similar situations, all this really makes thrilled at the idea.. so I let them grow and excited to share

I think eating healthy food was a control struggle as my parents divorced I wanted some control back and was very suborn started hiding my unfinished meals in plant pots around the house, my diet became less varied and I shut down to trying anything new, it became my biggest fear even jumping out of a airplane or pretty much anything you can think of was more accessible to me than eating healthy or new  food. I gained confidence waking up to our spiritual nature and thus have been able to confront my biggest fear and am over coming phobia with the knollge of how healthy, tatey and beneficial fruit & veg is.

Well, to start with, I have ALL my meals planned out and written down for the next 7 days. I keep a food journal, recording all that I eat. And, basically, my "default" thinking is always about food planning and grocery shopping. I love food so much, I got a pt job at the Whole Foods (a grocery store in my area). I waste more time thinking about food than I'd like to admit, to be honest. But... that being said, I DO eat really healthy food... lots of fruits and veggies, no meat, almost no dairy. By the way, I have absolutely NO weight issues. I am a perfect weight. Just a food obsession issue. :)) What made you fear eating healthy food?

Thank you for your message, we should all aim to be our own hero's in our own story :) I am taking the control back as I sold out to fear running from all healthy food alienating myself from nutrition just eating potato's and bread now I am dealing with returning to fruit and vegetables which isnt easy at all after more than 25 years some thick and strong habits are having to be broken but I am getting there :) I feel great when I am living in success and genuinely am my own hero those days so just finding the consistency. What is it you are obsessed with about food Jenifer? :) Its good to share and help one another x
