I just love living in the 'now'! I feel so much happier now compared to when I started. I've been walking more and I quite enjoy the walks. I'm one of those people who'd perspire easily but for some strange reason, despite it being really warm, I haven't perspired as much. Guess I'm not all that nervous about things anymore. :)
I've also noticed how I really make an effort to make sure my surroundings are clean- the apartment at least! I've been mopping the floor for three whole days and its starting to scare my friends and my significant other. I jokingly stated that I'm on the verge of becoming obsessive-compulsive. :D
I do feel hungrier and find myself emotionally eating still. I however came across Doreen Virtue's "Yo-Yo Diet syndrome" and "Losing Your Pounds of Pain" and it should reach me in about a month. :)
I've been meditating with Sanaya Roman's "Transforming with Divine Will" twice a day and it just feels amazing :)
Things I intend to do:
3. Being grateful.
4. Getting started with my vision board.
5. Hold a vision for:
(a) World Peace- Gaza, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan... world peace! :D
(b) Disappearance of the swine flu and healing.
(c) Global relief - Financial crisis
