S2 Floating downstream !!!!
Today is perfect.... I can get unsettling news and flow with it.... I can reach for the thoughts that make me feel good. This is my new reality... I TRUST IT!!!! This is the shift that is happening at a deep level... I am starting to internalize this stuff!! So exciting... like a giant game... I am learning to trust in the good...
In times past I didnt trust the good as much....Particularly when change occurred.. Now I am making a major shift in my trust of positive thoughts!!!! I and I only, create my reality!!!! This IS my reality... In the past I always thought " I need to face reality" and of course went right for the worst scenario... I did this out of self-protection... I will get used to the worst I would think..... and then ruminate over and over about the worst possible scenario...
I am NOW floating downstream...enjoying the journey and having longer and LONGER periods inside of the vortex....
