The 100 Day Reality Challenge

It is has been said a million times, especially on this site, to say affirmations out loud, feel them, believe them, etc. and I truly believe this works!

It's funny, we get so busy in life and one of the things that I have the hardest time doing is managing my time with work, my projects on the side, and spiritual/metaphysical practices. There are so many things I have learned in the past couple months, or I should say year ranging from affirmations, afformations, hypnosis, self-hypnosis, training your subconscious to do things, eye/hand/ear exercises, meditation, visualization ,etc,. But I find it difficult to find the time and remember to do all of these things everyday. Does anyone else?

I'm realizing that I should just space things out throughout the week to fit into my schedule. It's just that I get so exited and feel such an urgent need to act NOW with everything because of all of the fast changes that are happening around the world with regard to people "waking up." It's incredible- this movement.

I feel like i'm supposed to be apart of it in a big way, and i get so antsy to act, but work sometime gets in the way along with my social life, etc. I need to work on prioritizing. And I guess that I can command my subconscious to prioritize and keep me focused on what is most important!

I'm happy though, that I am a month into this and I've already posted a few blogs which is much better than I was last season.

I find that saying or reading my goals on "my page" everyday, makes things happen and reaffirms everything.

If anyone has any advice about prioritizing or making time for mind exercises, meditation, etc. I'd love to here what you do or think!!

Hi Lianda,

I also have issues with getting all gung-ho and then letting things slip as life gets in the way. However, I made a vision board and it's the first thing I see when I wake up every morning. And as I'm drinking my A.M. coffee, instead of watching the news, I come to this site and post my daily gratitude list, affirmations and intent for the day. I was going to 3 groups doing this and even that was becoming a lot for me so I created a group called the 3 Basics, Gratitude, Affirmations and Intent. And it takes me no more then 5 minutes, a one stop posting site if you will. I have 5 minutes to start my day off. And when I don't feel like doing it, I know it's when I need to do it. I sometimes revisit and post my rampage of appreciation. When I'm feeling "off" I visit here and watch inspiring videos. I've been doing this for about 2 months now and have had amazing success. Things are happening, manifesting and I feel so connected. I'm also a big Abraham/Hicks gal and I just feel my vibration is vibrating at a higher level and going with the river. It's true, there is SOOOO much downstream. I always thought I had to paddle UPstream. What was down stream that I would even want anyway. As it turns out, as I let my boat go downstream EVERYTHING I ever wanted is there. No need to struggle anymore;)

So I guess what I'm saying is I think it's important to do what you can, make it easy, but find something you can stick with and do it!
