The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I listened to Theo this morning. One thing that really caught my attention was the discussion on Graditude. Theo recommended we keep a notebook and write in it every day the things we are grateful. Make a "Graditude List". The question was asked if using the computer was a good way to keep the list. The answer: It works best if you put your hand to paper -- manually write the list. You could then transfer your list to the computer ... but hand write it first.

Interesting. So, I'm going to begin doing a hand written list to see if I "feel" any difference.
