The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Ever since my last and first blog post, I lost all desire to get on the net. I thought I was on a roll, I thought I was building momentum, but no, I had sabotaged myself yet again. You see, it takes one little negative thought to enter my tiny brain and it just takes over my being. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm so impressionable and the slightest thought will transform my whole outlook on life. I don't get it, but that's how I am. I wish I am now taking full responsibility of this most beautiful life that has been gifted to me. No more crying, whining, and regretting and looking over my shoulder at what could have, or should have been... It is now, here in the now, and the now is the only guarantee, so my friends we can have the very best of life in any and all moments and the secret is ( CHOOSING ). So if you're feeling down and out about your creation, remember you created it and you can also uncreate it!!! And the rest is all for Godspeed, divine timing. Thank you for reading :)

A tool that i have been using to kill that negative inner critic is to ask, when I thought comes up "Whose thought is that?" usually it will disappear. Try it. You will be surprised.

I can relate, I also can be very impressionable. But it gets better with repetition. We keep doing it and we keep getting better at it. How great is it that we can teach ourselves to have control over our thoughts!? Pretty great. A habit can be replaced in a pretty short period of time. We just keep on it everyday and in a short few months or less we will be deep into our new blissful habits. So Good

Thank you sweet Seema, it's so true but very hard to apply because of the hard conditioning what otherwise is also known as " habits "... I'm glad you're on this journey with me :)
