Season 1 Day 21

Hello everyone,

Here's hoping you have all had a great start to the New Year! My birthday was NYE and I had a quiet one at home, which I am very grateful for, because I was then able to get up the next day and spend the day at the beach with my family! It was a beautiful start to the new year.

I have also been on holidays which I'm also grateful for, I don't think we realise just how exhausted we become from work until we stop! Don't get me wrong I love my work, but I also love holidays : ).

I have upped the anti in the health stakes and have been attending the gym at least 4 times a week and I feel better already! I look forward to a healthier me!

I have also started a " Miss Ashlee' gratefulness blog on youtube which I am excited about, I post it on my facebook page! I am not really computer smart so until I work it all out, you can have a look on youtube  if you like simply search 'Miss Ashlee'.
