The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Aloha and Good Afternoon, My Fellow Co-Creators:

Sherry's Word for Today is "kapakahi" (pronounced KAH-pah-KAH-heee). It's a Hawaiian word, meaning "one-sided, crooked, lopsided, sideways" (Pukui & Elbert, kapa-kahi, "side-one") I am feeling very kapakahi today, and I don't know why. I want to eat something, but I don't know what. I want to take a nap, but when I lay down I can't sleep. I have so much on my mind, but I can't settle on a thought long enough to decide what to do about it. Auwe no ho'i 'e! Or, more colloquially speaking, "AAAWWWW SHIT!" (NOTE, 'auwe no ho'i 'e" DOES NOT REALLY MEAN "AAAWWWW SHIT", but I can't think of a more politically correct word to say at this time.)

I feel like my life is in a holding pattern. Other than school and my continuing relationships with my loved ones who I live with, I feel like I'm kind of stagnating. I don't like this feeling because I am not feeling productive. I have to find my way out of this 'bleh'ness...any ideas???

It sounds like slowing down and meditating could help out. The idea of getting out of your head and into your body is what I heard today from Joshua Bloom on Energized Living Today. Then that teaching is 94 minutes long. I do not know if that helps you or not. Blessings, Randy.
