This season I only have a few goals
1. Do something new everyday
2. Write everyday
3. Get healthy
1. I want to do something new everyday. I need to shake things up and wake myself up out of my stale depression.
2. Doing something new or different everyday will help me have somethign to write and keep track of my feelings, better analyze myself
3. Get myself in better physical health.
So for today I have done a few different things. Took a new route to work, enjoyed a new breakfast, went to the deli with my dad to pick up sandwiches, as well as a couple of other things. It did feel like a good fresh change so far.
