This morning I went to an hour of Hot Fusion Yoga, it was great because it was so hot in there and I sweat an incredible amount. I can’t
even describe how cleansing it is for both the physical body and the mind. I
also went to a hot yoga last night for 75 min class and for both of these I
have been repeating the mantra set out in The Master Key System. “I can be what
I will to be.” It was incredibly powerful, I found energy within to stretch
deeper into postures, and strength to hold them longer, it was also very
soothing. I have been trying to use this mantra constantly throughout each and
every day, starting with the first thing I think when I wake and the last
before I go to bed. This helps constantly remind me that “I” am not my physical
body, “I” am also not my mental conscious thoughts. Instead “I” is the director
of these two things, it comes from the subconscious and is connected to source
or Universal Energy. This is so important to me because it tells me to look
beyond the visual, to within, to appreciate all that which I do not yet know.
I’m about to start Lesson Six now of The Master Key System, it is beyond amazing to me that this is out there for anyone, for free. It
gives all the answers, but it also shows that you must have discipline with
your thoughts and feelings, you do control them, as much as the food you eat,
and the results you reap are from your efforts. I have listened to these Law of
Attraction concepts for over a year now, from so many experts and voices, each
with their own personal bias and changes, which for me has been enlightening.
Preparing me for these concepts in a multitude of ways for me to understand it.
I feel like it has all been leading me to The Master Key System. Today after
yoga class I stayed again for the meditation class, I was stunned at how I am
so much better at finding stillness, and how fast the time flows by now when I’m
in it. My mantra today was love, with the lotus at heart center mudra. I feel
like this is the perfect way to start the weekend. I feel overwhelming
gratitude for everything and everyone in my life.
