Today was a bit trying for me. I had a real heavy session with my coach. A lot of old unresolved issues came surfacing again and I was caught a bit off guard. I truly thought I had moved passed these issues only to find I have not. The good thing is this time, I am much more mature to handle them in the correct manner. I am seeing with different eyes and feeling with a different heart. I actually feel whole and human. I forgiven a lot of people in my past and I will continue to keep this positive characteristic. I am also working on forgiving myself. This has been a lot harder. I do not understand why it is easier for me to forgive others when some of them do not even deserve it but yet I am having such a difficult time forgiving myself. This time will come though and I KNOW it.
I want to be and I will be so much more. But at this time and moment, I know that I am OK. And I like this feeling. It feels good, real good
