I feel alot better than yesterday. I took some medicine and I slept so good. I'm felt so calm listening to some Christmas music this morning. I feel happy today. I feel good when I listen to new information that I haven't heard of. It gives me a new perspective of things. I feel calmness right now in my body. I'm in joy and happiness. I'm very grateful. I feel peace in my life. There's nothing like having peace, joy and happiness.
Here's the affirmation for today:
After each deep cleansing breath I release negative thoughts and sadness. With each following upbreath I accept postive thoughts and happiness to fill the totality of my body and spirit.
