Exercise wise I feel as if I have been putting in massive efforts.
My aim is 3 times a week. I have done that 2 weeks in a row.
This week I am aiming for 2 times. I have already been to boxing class on Tuesday and that was killing to my muscles lol! They still hurt.
It has also been a very busy week work wise and socially wise. There has not been much time to sit and really relax with myself. I am hoping the weekend will be a bit more quiet.
Food wise I am doing fine. I am working with what I have in the house. I try to make sure I get enough moments to sit down and eat. All I have to do is remember to stay kind to myself.
I will keep losing weight.
