Lets see what I got done in my first season.
Intentions & Goals:
I will weigh 145. I did not reach this goal I had a lot of resistance for this but I am starting over in Season 2
I will get a 4.0 in my Bio-152 class. I DID THIS!!! AND IT IS AMAZING!!!
I will exercise more. I did but not as much as i would have liked too
I will be back pain free. Amazingly on the days I did exercise I felt good, I just have to keep it up!
I will hang out with a friends more. Got much better at this too!!
I will give the best care to my pets. Need to keep working towards this, my dog needs more walks and my bird needs more out of the cage time
I will become an awesome harp player. It is coming along nicely!!
Season 2 starts tomorrow
Never getting on the scale but rather going by how my jeans fit!
