Seasong 4, Day 31(ready or not...this body"s about to get into SHAPE)

Hi there beautiful,gorgeous and magical creatives!

Hope all of you are enjoying delicious moments... :)

I have been busy with last full week of school and then no school for next week( thanksgiving) 

I hired a personal trainer; start tomorrow, yikes!!! I asked him: what do I need to bring? his response: water and COURAGE ... ha! I am totally scared after this comment, coz the girl that referred him to me says that she couldn't walk to her car or even sit down to drive home !!! But you know what, I really need it! I need an aggressive push towards bringing my body into rock solid shape... This is that year for me... to what ? yeh you know to just DO IT!!!

Although I have been going to the gym for college, but it's just not enough and I can feel the body desiring more and different... so I will work with him for a short time until I feel like my body can do the discipline on its own.

I've been doing the Chopra meditation ( feels like everybody and their dog is... lol) and must tell ya, it's quite a pleasant experience as his words really sink in and I notice the experiences and affirmations of what he suggests to us. Quite magical!

Hi Kelly! I apologise for disappearing. I actually had to stop with the excessive training as I was getting a sharp pain in my chest... Instructor told me to follow-up with doc. I just finally went to my appt yesterday and they did a stress test (cardiovascular) and it came back abnormal :(    So, now I have to further testing done to find out what's up with my heart :(   It's kinda scary, because when I did the treadmill; they had me do it really fast and on high uphill, I was having a pain radiate down my left arm... Sigh. I was talking to a friend and I was like, why is it that everytime I announce something on this blogging site, it never comes to be? I thought perhaps I'm jinxing myself and he stated that it was probably due to my own fear of not really believing that I can do it! I've been working on reflecting on this advice and also thinking as to: I should wait until I have accomplished the thing and then share it with others. In a nutshell though, I've been alerted to a disharmony within my body that needs attention as well as being authentic enough to accomplish an endeavor then giving the gift of uplifting and sharing it with others after the fact! It's been an interesting couple of weeks I must say... Sigh :) But nevertheless, ONWARDS, FORWARDS and UPWARDS >>>> Gotta keep marching on... Thank you for stopping by and thinking of me, really means alot to know you thought of me. :) Much LOVE and LIGHT to you my dear friend. Sounds just the ticket, I would love a personal trainer to help with motivation, you will be super fit from the sounds of it. Looking forward to hearing how you get on and whether you can sit down afterwards LOL

Hi Raizel!

Yah, I really hope this guy works out well; frankly just need him temporarily to give me a boost to push myself further with my workout. He comes at a really reasonable rate and that's why I'm taking the plunge other than that I'm very committed to my healing... (emotional eating damage) I think when your why is powerful enough you will definitely become motivated to take the step... I don't think it has to do with courage as much is it has to do with honoring yourself! You deserve the very best version of yourself and if you feel that taking care of your physical body will honor that desire within you, then there is no force on the planet that can stop you from making it happen! 

As far as Chopra Meditation; I really do like the fact that every other person I know is doing it! Really feels like so many people are benefiting from this man's dedication in uplifting consciousness. I wonder if the consciousness highways are getting jammed up ? :P lol

Hi there Victoria! I'm so glad that you got motivated... you know sometimes, we get off track and before you know it we're back to some unhealthy habits. Good news is that we know what it feels like to be on track so it makes it easier to get back on track! Good for you, that you've chosen this mindset in this current moment to setup for your healthy discipline :) Couldn't have said it any better...YES, Let's GO we got this :)

I hope the personal trainer will be all you are looking for! I must admit I still haven't found the courage to get a personal trainer haha

You're so right about the Chopra meditation, but I actually really love that so many people are doing it. I like to imagine that somebody else may be doing it at the same time as me which makes it all the more powerful :)

This was motivating! I haven't been doing my workouts since I started walking with a friend in the morning for a daily coffee and donut O.o lol I'm getting back into it. I have to if I want to see the fat fall off!!! Let's GO!
