Only into the second day of trying to workout more - and its already been a test of will getting up earlier before work to work out. Basically, I had aimed to go back to the insanity program - not in strict order of the program either (its a daily program for 90days, routines are from 20mins to 1 hour). This is my 2nd time trying it out (first tried the full program last year for 2 months in April 2012) and I think it will help me achieve my min 3x a week goal. (For background, generally the weather in London makes it very disagreeable to exercise outdoors as I'm very much a tropics kind of girl, which is why I'm resorting to a home program). W
So, although I only did the shorter cardio-abs workout today, Im gonna give myself a pat on the back for keeping to the 2nd day!
