The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Only into the second day of trying to workout more - and its already been a test of will getting up earlier before work to work out. Basically, I had aimed to go back to the insanity program - not in strict order of the program either (its a daily program for 90days, routines are from 20mins to 1 hour). This is my 2nd time trying it out (first tried the full program last year for 2 months in April 2012) and I think it will help me achieve my min 3x a week goal. (For background, generally the weather in London makes it very disagreeable to exercise outdoors as I'm very much a tropics kind of girl, which is why I'm resorting to a home program). W

So, although I only did the shorter cardio-abs workout today, Im gonna give myself a pat on the back for keeping to the 2nd day!

Thanks guys! yes, I tried to set realistic goals (exercise 3x week) and so by actually making an effort everyday, I'm feel like I'm doing more than I really need to. haha. Not sure if that makes sense!

Great Job Mei, I had my first day alright, after 20 min I just could exercise more. I think when everything starts to spin is a good time to stop. Unfortunately I wasn't as strong as you to get up early for the 2nd workout, skipped on that but had a lovely day with my sweat-hard , he was off yesterday and we had a wonderful day. But today it's going to be back to insanity hopefully longer than 20 min.

Haha, disagreeable weather, that's a very light way to put it (I haven't been a huge fan of British weather lately). Well done on commiting to the programme!
