Seena Frost - wonderful creator (and.. from 'mush' to a butterfly)

It's 20 past midnight and I've just listened to Seena Frost, creator of SoulCollage(R), being interviewed by Anne-Marie Bennett. I listened in live on a kind of conference call (no idea how much the call to the USA cost, but it was worth it)! I had a bit of trouble getting through so didn't hear all of it - but I'll get the recording.

Seena is so inspiring and it was lovely to hear her talk so enthusiastically (after over 20 years I think she said?) about the SoulCollage(R) process.

I feel re-energised and am ready to really take my own SoulCollage(R) work?/PLAY! forward. For years now I've held back, but now I feel a passion to share my cards and spread the message!

But! It's late... so ... tomorrow I shall think of how I can build in more time for SoulCollage(R).

By the way,
Seena's site is at http://www.soulcollage.com
Anne-Marie's is at http://www.kaleidosoul.com

I've also written about SoulCollage on my own website and blog and made some YouTube videos. Because.... I love SoulCollage!!!!!!!

Oh yes, the best thing I loved about tonight was when Seena spoke about the metaphor of a butterfly and the transformation of ourselves, and of our world. (We are all transforming, right now!) I've always loved that metaphor but Seena brought it to life. I am feeling more and more optimistic about our future, and the future of our planet, now more than ever. So if you're feeling like you're in a mess, or chaos, it's okay! You're just getting ready to emerge from your cocoon (of mush!) and take flight, as a beautiful butterfly.

I'm so pleased Edith! What colour are your butterflies? Mainly we get butterflies coloured red/orange - or the cabbage white (that lay eggs on our veggies). The yellow and blue ones are usually moths - but I love them anyway!
