I haven't been sleeping well lately. I've been getting one and two hours of sleep and then going to work. I fell asleep right after I got home today. I feel tired now. I have a lot to accomplish this weekend.

Hi Im not preying i hope. I used to be up for days to almost a week without sleep. It is so hard on your body and mind. I learned though to get all the noise and vision sout of my head. I would lay down and get all the muscles in my body as tight as I could working on the tensing from head to toes then breathing s l o w in out then on a chosen breath out let your body just sink keep all thoughts away by thinking sleep only dont let the word have a meaning any wondering thoughts come in dont give it any notice let it go think nothing.. I have a lillte video i could send you or ill send a link or check eckharts videos he has nice workable one. Sweet Dreams I will you sleep well

It's no good when that happens. I go through cycles of that, mostly when I'm not working out or not eating right. I hope you can get some sleep!
