The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Sleep is definitely the way forward! And singing is rather nice too :>

Well I have to say - I fell slightly off the early night wagon last night and what a difference it has made to my head this morning. Fuzzy bananas....so I am definitely keen to keep on with my nice early nights. It is such an obvious difference it's incredible.

BUT I am still feeling great, I still had my nice breakfast on the deck, I still wrote my appreciation journal and I still managed to drive to work easefully - for those of you just getting to know me I am 30 but don't have a drivers licence just yet - I lived in Sydney and then London and had no need, however I am now in Lismore NSW with virtually no public transport and I desperately need my license.

I have manifested a nice little Blue Hyundai Getz with just over 60,000kms for an absolutely incredible price so excitingly I have my very first car - and I can taste the sweetness of FREEDOM just around the corner.

I also made my life into a musical this morning. I have done it before, running down the street pretending to be Gene Kelly and forget how joyful it makes one feel. Inspired by Abrahams quote that I found yesterday:

"I'm going to be happy. I'm going to skip. I'm going to be glad. I'm going to smile a lot. I'm going to be easy. I'm going to count my blessings. I'm going to look for reasons to feel good. I'm going to dig up positive things from the past. I'm going to look for positive things where I stand. I'm going to look for positive things in the future. It is my natural state to be a happy person. It's natural for me to love and to laugh. This is what is most natural for me. I am a happy person!"

And I did!! I made up a song in front of the mirror and sang it as I got dressed and it just helped bring on the joy and banish the cobwebs from my brain. Normally when I'm tired I get scratchy so this was a wonderful new experience - well, not new, I have been un-scratchy before - but I am loving living with a deliberate intent of being in harmony with everything and everyone around me.

I highly recommend that you give it a go - it really doesn't matter if you can sing or not just pop out a tune and sing whatever words you need to sing - I turned mine into a mini lesson for myself this morning, reminding me that my thoughts create my world and that I can be happy no matter what. Just thinking about it now is bringing on the smiles - yippeeeeeee.

If you do try please let me know how it goes - and remember that old quote - dance like nobody's watching and change it to 'sing like nobody's watching' - and seriously DO NOT WORRY about anyone else - belt out a diddy and tell me how it goes.

Woo hoo!
