The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Have to say I am feeling very good. Things are running smoothly, and I am very grateful. Trying to remain as conscious as I can throughout my days.

My eating, sleeping, and exercise habits are well on their way of being established. My ban of the news is still going strong. I am meditating morning and evening ( I fell asleep last night during my meditation—so no more laying down to meditate at night :) , and I have been reading a ton.

Right now I am listening to The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire: Harnessing the Infinite Power of Coincidence by Deepak Chopra, and reading Ask and it is Given from Abraham-Hicks. I have just gotten to the point of Ask and it is Given where they offer 22 proven processes. Very excited to read about these, and discuss them with all of you. Also, I watched Dr. Dyer's Ambition to Meaning film this weekend. He couldn't have done a better job.

As far as manifesting any adventures... I did have a spontaneous road trip with my best friend from college this weekend. We live on the coast in Massachusetts, and she invited me for a last minute trip to the Berkshires (think quaint, mountainous, snowy, New England). We met other college friends, and visited the Norman Rockwell Museum. It was great. Something I have always wanted to do. After that we wined and dined at a lovely inn with great food, and even better ambiance. She and I had a great time catching up, and to top it off Janeen is very supportive of my emotional endeavors.

The weekend reminded me of all the fun you can have in your backyard. I am so grateful for all the fun experiences that are available in life.

Also, I am grateful for how fascinating everyone is on this site. I have spent hours and hours reading profiles and blogs. I have so many people I want to write to and converse with. That is definitely an intention of my for this weekend when I actually have a good chunk of time.

Anyways... Probably not the most insightful blog, but I thought I would share the good vibes I am feeling.

hI Shannon -

Really enjoying your blog and page. Good to know another New Englander in the neighborhood, and one who bans the news as well.

I move we start a "positive news network" - one that will inspire people. What do you think?

I'm also going to read some of your recommended books. They sound amazing.
Thanks.

Glad to hear things are going smoothly for you... what a fun trip that must've been! Spending time with friends and reconnecting is one of my main intentions for this season-- this inspires me to plan some sort of trip with my own friends!
