So the main focus on this season is my weight loss and getting my eating back on track and staying there. I am so close to my goal weight and I just need to focus on were I want to be and then I will get there. My Plan is to have something each day that I want to change about my eating habits and eliminate it from my diet that something being not healthy,

Breakfast for today
3/4 cup of special K with vanilla and almonds
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 apple
I am going to log my food here with pictures.
I am going to do this for the full 100 days.
