Charlie Cakes, I am envisioning you holding an open space for healing to come into. I am envisioning you finding peace within this experience when the time is right. For now, I am wishing you the courage to feel what you need to, in order to process everything that comes with the loss of a mother. I am holding you in that space knowing you will find your way home. We will be here for you when you return.

Hi! Yes I did. I was on the forum talking about manifesting a peacock feather. Low and behold my son calls me three days later to show me a picture of exotic birds...guess what one of the birds were...my peacock in full bloom...not one but hundreds of feathers. it gets better than that. The next night I unearthed two books from boxes when we moved recently. It had books I used to read to my 9 year old when she was small. and guess what...both books had peacocks in full bloom. So the question was... do you need to physically manifest of can the pictures do? I guess this is the universe showing us that it can come in different forms. What say you?
Everyone's body works different, if I eat only when I'm hungry, than my body's metabolism get slow & low & froze/turn instantly what I just eat into fat. I have done this before & was only getting more weight. So someone gave me a list of a new way of eating by putting the body on fatburning. It's like this: I eat every hour but no carbohydrates in the beginning. I eat the whole morning yogurt with cumcummer, yogurt with carrots, sometimes I shake it together. As lunch I eat 2 baked or coocked eages with salade or vegatable soup, than again every hour yogurt with cumcummer, fruit or carrots & than in the afternoon I eat a warm meal, fish with salade or only salade (the afternoon meal I sometimes eat a little bit rise or patatoe = carbohydrate, but doesn't matter, later on I will leave it behind). Sometimes I also take a little bit of chocolate. Twice a week 1 take a ½ a teaspoon of vitamines like camu camu powder, acai powder & spirulina powder. Each day I do 15 min. of yoga, 30 min. of fitness & 30 min. of meditation & through the whole day my affirmations & visualisations. Daily I drink 2 liters of hot fresh ginger/clove thea. Today I took also 45 min. of sauna.
When I'm doing this the kilo's flows away at 4 to 6 kilo's a week even I eat a bit of carbohydrates by afternoon & I donn't feel hungry at all, but after 1 month I lose my focus and fall back into my habbit.
So lets motivate each other, so we can keep on the good mood. I would like to make an appointment with you by after each 7 days come back & comment on how things are going & how much we lost last week. Do you agree?
