Hey Elaine, Good to see you popping up on my page. I didnt sell everything but did fantastic!

Try and rest for 10 mins in every hour, in a comfortable postion, resting all your joints and try and listen to the relaxation kit.

thankyou for the add, my name means love in arabic. OMG I just saw that you have CFS/ME, i suffered with that for years , was bed ridden for a year, they told me there was no cure, and i am totally healed, so if you like I'll inbox you with all the stuff that can help.
My heart goes out to you, because people dont understand it and i know how much you must suffer, do you have fibromyalgi as well?
