The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Staying positive..If anybody has any tips on staying positive and how to stay positive when others around me are not..Peace and Love...

I think you are doing amazing with your leaning of the LoA. I think all you need is a shift in perception.

From the story I just heard, I hear that you are blessed with some much abundance that you have created clutter all around you. Also that you are rich enough to have things of monetary value to pawn.

Notice the shift in thought right there...

Now I would look into some actions steps that you could create. In the morning after meditating I'd ask my higher self what 5 things could I do today to bring me closer to my goal. It's not really about doing 5 things, you can change it to any number that feels right for you. Then actively put your attention into those activities while staying present and aware. This will raise your vibration to the level of your goal.

Now, if your like me, you think that makes sense but then your ego kicks in and says that is great and all ...but how are my bills going to get paid?

Switch that thought to gratitude and continue on water the flower until it blooms!

Hey there :) Thank you for the add.

I have this problem too because I find my vibrational levels dropping when I'm around certain people. I've learnt more and more about intuition, through Sonia Chouquette's 'Trust Your Vibes' book, and I also meditate too which has helped me to stay focused on me and now take on other peoples vibes.

It is the way when someone in a house is down it can seem like they can bring the whole house down too. One thing that I learnt when I receive 'bad vibes' is to speak up and notice them and where they are coming from, and say 'Take these back, this does not belong to me. It is not mine.' By literally addressing the vibes you can recognise that you are not willing to take on the negativity and so you can focus on you and making yourself feel good.

If you're in a stressful situation, just by sitting quietly by yourself and breathing in deeply and saying 'I receive love' and breathing out deeply saying 'I give out love' that has helped me too, and really feeling it counts.

One last thing is that, when you find yourself feeling the negative vibes come in, I have often just stopped and closed my eyes and you said 'Everything in this moment right now, right here is as it should be.' Knowing that and reaffirming that seems to help alot.

Being on the 100 day challenge, I"ve realised that having time for you and learning little tricks really do help you to get through the day and see the light and joy in everything around you.
