D30 S1 refreshing my beliefs
hi, I write about it in one of my journals, I've 2 journal one for only happy toughs and gratitude and an other one for when I want clarity. I written non stop in that last one until I know what I wanted to release and where these old beliefs came from. Cause knowing where the came from helps a lot for me to let go.
$then I wanna do some ritual to release those belief but I've decided how I'am gonna do that jet. maybe you've got some idea's?
And than I wanna do some affirmations to create new positive beliefs.
So that's the whole process I wanna do but to be honest with you it is going kind of slow at the moment cause I'm studying for my exams and I'm a bit afraid of the releasing process. But I'am taking baby steps.
