I gave up drinking a few days after filming this, it was my own decision and not due to anything too bad, just a choice to feel better, for longer, not just up and down, peeks and troughs all the time, but more of a constant OK feeling, hopefully rising to a great feeling of happiness... :)

Hi Dan, thanks for another authentic and honest video. You always appear to me, to be a very caring and sensitive man. Sounds like you're going through some change and transformation at the moment, and I'm sure you will 'rise above it' - and be and do everything you wish for yourself. Take good care of yourself first, and everything else (including all you want for your family) will I'm certain, fall into place.
