WOW!! this is all great news...I have heard I am an empth because I can feel other peoples feelings, and yes can confuse them with my own.. I have just really started learning how to separate my feelings from those feelings that are not mine. Looking forward to learning more!

Jacqueline and Eline: ThanKs for Watching!!

J:  Seems like a few people are not sure what I am talking about so I will make a video to clarify what an Empath is and what it means to mean.  Thanks for that idea!

E:  Thanks for all those tips!!  It's especially comforting to hear that there is someone out there who shares my experience!  And I have never heard the term HSP, but now that I am looking it up there is so much helpful info on that, thank you.  I have been implementing some of your suggestions already.  I spent 1.5 years staying at home because the outside world just made me physically sick.  Now I am getting better and training myself to get back into crowds but in a healthy way.  It has been a steady process but it's working !!!   Thanks again for all those tips.

Just checked out this video - very funny! Unfortunately I have never even heard of the word 'empath' before, know the word empathetic but that is as far as it goes! Sounds interesting though so will check out future vids to hear more...

Hi Christina! You are so funny: resisting calling yourself an Empath because you thougt it was a bit about having magical powers and you being a normal average girl!
What do you think you are doing her on this website?
It is totally positive magic!
you can consider me an Empath, but I never call myself that way.
I think of me being a high sensitive person (HSP). And i resisted that at first as well. But there are many great books on that subject that tell you about your strenths as a HSP.
And I am what i am, as you are what you are.
I can be overwhelmed easily. So I learned not to expose myself tot events with too many people and noises. It seemed so dull not taking part in the beginning, but now it feels as such a relief not having to go there anymore and enjoying me-time and beining nature instead. And I actually meet a lot of understandig if i explain:" I'm too sensible to all theose noise and people, so no, you won't meet me at that event."
Sometimes you do want to take part, because it's important to you or someone you love. than upu take action! having a role and a task at the arty or event, really helps you focus and it really helps me. (And you are beineg appreciated for doing it as well. Win-win!)
I am very selective in the people i hang out with. That's no arrogance but an act of loving myself first. You know, i am nog able to co-create the things that I want to create for myself and for the world, if i allow other people to take a drain on me. I know tjhis creating is all about feeling good and happy before you can even start manifesting. And that's what geves me the fullfillment i need in life.
This is a really long comment. i hope it will be helpfull to you.
