Steffie Kay: I always love getting your positive message. They are big "pick me ups". The last video you posted of Abraham's was very helpful to me on that particular day especially.
Kevin: Not every day. I get a day off. You are right, I try to do solid block activities too. At least during my work days. It helps me stay organized. But you are a trooper for waking up early to workout. My body has refused to do that this far. I use my lunch hours.
Yesican: Sooooo excited to have someone do a similar challenge!! Yay!
I started my health + getting to know myself journey thanks to food sensitivities too. I am still working on getting my digestion and body to ultimate health, but it has been a very adventurous process.
The biggest thing from this challenge I am finding is how to respect and love myself. And also a different way of how it feels to do it. Very unexpected, but extremely helpful.
Combining the positive thought, exercise and healthier eating is a great combo. My suggestion is to just do a bit every day and watch any negative, resistant thoughts so you can let them go.
YOU can SOOOO Do It!!!!! 98 days is nothing compared to how awesome your entire life is getting!
wow, have you been working out every day??? I hear you about missing other things you used to do and how much time it takes to do stuff. I used to have that come up too. i started a new workout routine this week, getting up at 6, practicing affirmations, and then working out from 7-8, doing stuff in solid time blocks and that early has given me a lot of energy to conquer the day and still give me time to do other things. maybe thatll help you in some way? anyways, much strength tobyou, you can do it!
