That's amazing that you're able to cut coffee out at least for a bit. I once cut pop/soda out for over a year, and it felt incredible within my body as I lost some weight by not drinking it too. I think it's all about self-control and in our mind "thinking that we need it" but in reality we really don't...it's all patterns of habit & because were so use to something we crave it. There are different theories of how many days it takes to break a pattern....it's cool that you're challenging yourself.

Love this video..sounds a little to me that you may be experincing the " human condition" while keeping your eyes OPEN!!! soo cool!! yes we have this in common, this human condition of fear of the unknow, what IS going to happen, of learning to be disciplined about appreciating the moment and being present..while accepting the "jumpy monkey" of our mind...without it we wouldn't be who we are,. . Our minds like to tell SOOO many stories, You are super beautiful..watching you process has been so cool!!
