Thanks ladies. Yup the sleep part is super cool. Makes sense, but was a bit of an unexpected bonus. If people are interested I would recommend to start slow. For example do without one ingredient (bread or sugar) for 4 days. It builds confidence and still shows results, but doesn't overwhelm at the very start.
I just wanted to comment on some things XD.
It's funny how we feel different from the moment we start sth to the moment we achieve it. I feel that too. At first we can commit to a goal for the excitement of trying and wishing for sth better, but what keeps us going is sth deeper in our being...We go through mood changes and lots of thoughts during the day and what moves us as human beings is a mix of that excitement, a wish for sth better and the commitment of moving forward and never stop before the finish line!
I really liked to know ppl can feel good by having a better diet and going raw. I flirt with the idea, but never really tried it. Thanks for sharing the information. I'm very interested in the sleeping part haha. Many ppl don't value sleep, but it affect all other parts: hair, nails, skin, learning information and repair of the body in general. I'm glad you feel good! I hope camping goes great! :D
