I am glad you stopped by my video.  And thank you for taking the time to comment!

I might know what you are saying with the sadness and other unexpected and unexplainable feelings that come out of nowhere at times.  Right now, I just trust that they are suppose to be there and they are in my consciousness so they can guide me to the next step and finally be let go.  When it feels too overwhelming and confusing I remind myself that The Only Constant Thing In Life Is Change.  That soon things will shift and I will be feeling different anyways.

It's always great to hear from people like you who are going through similar experiences.  Makes me feel more sane.  ;)

Hi Crhystina!

It's so funny. I feel like I've been guided to your page right now. I wasn't being able to sleep, so I got into the site. The thing is I felt this sudden sadness inside me AND wanting to come out. I felt something was being taken from me, like I was being robbed. And I felt less for that. It's really a feeling. A feeling of "I have to strive my whole life and not receive the real amount I deserve for it". A few seconds later I found some questions I've written myself looking at the bright side of things happening in my life. Sorry fr the long post, but the moment I saw your video I reflected on how much our identity is defined by what we think and YES, I've felt my individuality change many times when I started to rethink my life. I think the good side of it is that we enlarge our vision, so... If you're out of your confort zone and going for it you are growing into a new you. Thanks for the video, I'm grateful for it :D .

Thanks Jenifer.  That's the one I downloaded!  Hooray.  Super easy to paste them together which is a bonus.

Wow, congratulations on being alcohol free for this long now!  That takes a lot of work and determination!

I know what you mean about finding out who you are after leaving old stuff behind. When I quit being an alcoholic (Jan 1, 2013), I didn't know who I was, but finding myself turned out to be an adventure that I am still on. You may also discover that some people in your life don't want to be around you anymore, now that you have changed, but there will be new people! Enjoy the ride!

Would Windows Movie Maker work to edit vids? I use it to make youtube vids for my quartet and hypnotherapy vids for clients. (It came with the Windows operating system, so if you have a Mac, you wouldn't have it)
