I would recommend for you to practice yoga. You are able to practice 6 days a week and feel rejuvenated, not tired, and I used to go to a chiro all the time, but haven't had to since I started a regular yoga practice. Anyway, hope you are feeling more energized :))) xox

Hey Jenifer,

Yup, at the moment yoga is my main work out, along with core building and a bit of cardio.

The chiro I feel is my "fast result" solution to what yoga can do.  But I bet after some more healing, I can just switch to yoga.  I am glad it works so well for you!!!!
