Thanks Dale - my favourite breakfast is actually eggs lol - so I eat that as often as I can! As for meatless meals, I know I can do it, it's just my boyfriend's family is typical negative thinking swiss, so they are going to look at me funny if I start refusing meat - know what I mean? But I am over that, it's my body and I get to control what goes in it! (Am trying to find some good silken tofu products here - as I LOVE silken tofu in with stir frys). Good for you Jassy. You're doing really great! I'm married to a butcher, and it's perfectly normal to have a meatless meal. I do like my protein though, but there's lots of ways to get protein. Start with meatless breakfasts. If you need your protein, you can always throw protein powder into your breakfast smoothie or even oatmeal. Cottage cheese has a lot of protein too. Nobody needs to feel insulted.
