Hi Everyone, Thanks for watching this video. After I created this, I decided to open up just a bit more (following my own advice) and created one about my meditation experiences. It's on youtube, but I will post it here soon. I have been blessed with so many blessings on this site, and this community is what gave me the confidence to open up more, so thank you everyone! I do not share everything with friends and family, yet, so if you are finding that too, you're not alone. I open up to friends/family when and if they ask me and come to me. Everyone has their own timing in becoming open and seeking their path.

Thank you Christine. I, too, was scared to share the messages of what I've learned. I definitely filtered myself depending on whether I thought someone would be open to it. Judgment was a huge concern. I have surrounded myself with people who are on this path, which has been wonderful support. I still have difficulties with my family and concerns about how they don't understand. It's ok. There was a time when I didn't understand either. Thank you for the reminder to be the light.

So true Christine..Often the message is bigger than just ourselves!!!! I love that you heard this message through your meditation and LISTENED!!!! Time for more exposure...
