I was talking with a friend today about the teachings from Abraham via Esther Hicks and how we were so gung-ho initially and spent lots of time playing games, talking, daydreaming and doing various processes. For this entire day I am actively focusing only on the positive. I will not speak ill, listen to ill or think ill. If I feel negativity creeping in I will immediately look for something positive, something I like, something that makes me smile or something that makes my heart sing. If I start to hear my thoughts or my words turning down I will stop and turn it around, which is easy to do now that I have HAPPY on my phone.
