Hi Erica. Great to be friends! I too want to cut down on sugar. The more this is my intention, the more I think that I'm addicted lol!
Thanks for the friends request! Happy journey and Many Blessings
Tanks for the friend invite. Good luck with your goals and hope we can support each other with our goals.
Hey Erica, great to meet you here and good luck with your challenge! How are you finding it? Maree
Hi Erica, Im totally new to all this and don't really know what Im doing yet, but your were the first challenge vid I watched, and I wanted to say that I think you are very brave. I too have stopped eating sugar(occasional coconut sugar in my coffee, and a bit of honey) I feel so much better, and have lost a few kilos in the process. Are you going vegan for spiritual or compassionate reasons? I feel concerned that you will not be getting enough protein and fats. There is a great book called "I quit sugar" and "I quit sugar for life" by a lady named Sarah Wilson, but she does include animal protein. Its about cutting out the processed foods and eating more like our great grandparents do. I wish you so much strength and guidance on your journey...your are beautiful and powerful lovely mama...peace, and love. Colleen
Welcome, Erica and thanks a lot for your invitation!
