Eat healthy; trying fruit and vegetables at every opportunity adding things to my diet and routine that make me feel good.
I am continuing to achieve: listening attentively and learning while performing to standards in my daily operations.
Keeping cool; not allowing external events and circumstances to effect my internal condition
Communicating; as I go about my business I use eye contact and smile at people while listening to what people say and replying in accordance.
Keeping fit: I am working out 4 times a week and feeling the positive benefits each day.
People; I am enjoying new and old relationships with people who I have have things in common with that aide my expansion.
I am appreciating; I am grateful for all the gifts that flow into my experience on a daily and moment to moment basis.
I am loving myself; recognising my successes and enjoying being me.
Manifesting; I am writing, crating videos and using matra and daily practice to conjure the life I desire.
Transparency; People see me for who I am, an honest light of heart fun loving empathic intelligence comedic person who has brilliant forward thinking ideas and lots of compassion for others.

When we don't pay attention to our emotions they form blocks within us, these blocks soon build walls and en-prison us in a dark chamber of our own unfelt emotions. By paying attention to our emotions they lose the power that they have had over us and we free ourselves to a new happier experience.
